At Serendipity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gourmet experience. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer returns or replacements on items that arrive damaged or defective within 7 days of delivery.

Disposal or Return
In most cases involving food safety, we will ask you to dispose of the item; however, some non-perishable goods may require a return shipment.
